"For me, the White Building represents a Cambodia that is unable to move on from the ghosts of its past, a Cambodia where the difference between poor and rich is not just a matter of money, but also of education, hope and rights. After decades of turmoil young kids, families, shop owners, survivors from the war, drug addicts and prostitutes, all live together in this microcosm.
